These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the entrant, and MAD Financial Media Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under number 12418752 whose registered office is at 42 Ladysmith Road, Plymouth, PL4 7NL (the “Promoter“, “We“, “Our“) in respect of the Insurance DataLab Prize Draw.
- ELIGIBILITY
- a.The Insurance DataLab Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 and over who complete the Insurance DataLab benchmarking survey 2025.
- b. To enter the Insurance DataLab Prize Draw, email address and contact details must be provided when completing the survey at https://forms.office.com/e/pD6uCKpuYV?origin=lprLink
- c. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- d. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed, or not included in the Prize Draw for any technical reasons.
- e. Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members of such employees (including mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters in law, spouse or partner) are not eligible to participate in the Insurance DataLab Prize Draw.
- f. The closing date of the Insurance DataLab Prize Draw is when the survey closes on 12th September 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- PRIZE
- a. The stated prize is £100 in John Lewis gift vouchers.
- b. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to cash or other substitutes. If due to circumstances beyond Our control We are unable to provide the stated prize, We reserve the right to award a substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value.
- c. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
- WINNERS SELECTION
- a. The selection of the winner will take place at the Promoter’s office.
- b. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- c. The winner will be chosen at random from a prize draw performed by a computer programme.
- d. The draw will take place on 18th September 2025.
- e. The winner will be notified by email on 19th September 2025 and announced on the Promoter’s social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter).
- f. The winner must provide a postal and email address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in these Terms and Conditions.
- g. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that it has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
- GENERAL
- a. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding.
- b. By entering the Insurance DataLab Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the winner agrees to the use of their name in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the Promoter.
- c. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
